Reports coming in indicate that President Akufo-Addo has appointed Mr. K.K Amoah as the new Executive Director of the Economic and Organised Crimes Office (EOCO).

According to a report by Starrfmonline.com, Mr Amoah met with his staff, and urged them to strengthen their efforts towards serving the nation.

Mr K.K Amoah would take up the position previously held by Justice Tsarr who was recently dismissed by President-Akufo Addo.
Mr. Amoah is a detective, and has had a long career in the Police Service, rising to the rank of Assistant Commissioner of Police.
The previous head of EOCO, Justice Tsarr, was one of the Deputy Executive Directors of EOCO, and was then appointed Acting Executive Director to replace Biadela Kweku Mortey Akpadzi.
