President Akufo Addo seems eager and hopeful for dramatic economic prosperity in Ghana. The president has revealed that he is bent on taking crucial decisions that will serve the best interest of Ghanaians.
In a frank message to members of the diplomatic corps at the Flagstaff House, Nana Addo promised to focus on massive development in the country and also expand investments to the country.
“My government is not going to shy away from making the critical choices that are necessary for the long-term interest of our people. We are going to invest heavily in building up the most important ingredient of development: the intellectual property of the people – the mind – education, education, education – our sure key to success. We want to add value to our human capital, add value to our governance, add value to our public services, add value to our infrastructure and add value to our economy,” he argued.
Meanwhile, the president is expected to meet with the king of Morrocco today as both leaders commit to boosting trade ties for economic development.
