It looks like the Ghana Football Association (GFA) may be doing a “sankofa” very soon as rumours have it that former Ghana Coach Kwesi Appiah is likely to make a return as head Coach of the Black Stars.
According to Ghanasportsonline.com’s investigations, five of the six-member committee in search for a new Coach are in favor for the 56-year-old to return to his former post after a meeting on Thursday.
Appiah is currently working as the head Coach of Sudanese Club Al Khartoum Waatani but has not stated that he won’t like the job if he was called back.

The former Kotoko player made history as the first Ghanaian to qualify the Black Stars to a FIFA World Cup after leading the team to the 2014 edition of the competition in Brazil.
Many football enthusiasts have been calling for the return of the Coach who spent two years in charge as head Coach of the Black Stars.
