Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has opened a new gym in the Spanish capital called 'CR7 Crunch Fitness' as the former Manchester United player revealed top secret about his ripped physique.
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner has already tried his hand at being a hotelier, and he has now moved into the world of fitness with a new location in Madrid.

While speaking to press men after he opening of the gym on Tuesday, March 14 Ronaldo explained that there is no truth in the report that he does 3,000 sit-ups everyday.
'It's not true that I do 3,000 sit-ups every day. I usually train 4 or 5 times a week with 200 or 300 sit-ups.
'It's not good to do too much because you can have problems with low back pain,'' Ronaldo said.
