Marwako restaurant supervisor, Jihad Chaaban has been granted bail by the magistrate court following his remand last Wednesday, March 8.
Presiding judge, Victoria Ghansah granted a bail to the sum of GH20,000 with two sureties.
She further adjourned the case to March 20, 2017, to allow the victim, Evelyn Aboagye to be cross-examined.
Jihad is also expected as part of his bail conditions, to report at the Tesano district police station every Tuesday and Friday.
The accused, Jihad Chaaban dipped the face of a kitchen staffer Evelyn Boakye at the Abelemkpe branch of the eatery into pepper paste.
