Today is the set day for parliament to formally decide on the most talked about bribery scandal.

The final ruling, which will be made by the Speaker of parliament, Prof. Mike Ocquaye, is expected to see culprits of the bribery scandal either face sanctions of contempt or get disbanded all together.

The last sitting in parliament is feared to have turned dramatic as members of parliament were seen exchanging blows over the controversy.

It may be recalled that Mahama Ayariga had earlier accused minority chief whip, Muntaka Mubarak of taking bribes from the head of the appointments committee paid by the then energy minister nominee, Boakye Agyarko.
