Member of Parliament (MP) for the Ningo-Prampram Constituency, Hon. Sam Nartey George, has responded to the Education Minister's comment where he denied having called Hon. Suhuyini a fool.
As far as Hon. Sam Nartey George is concerned, Education Minister Matthew Opoku Prempeh ought to do the honorable thing and apologize for what Sam George described as "unparliamentary" behavior.
The Ningo-Prampram legislator has released a video that, according to him, proves that the Manhyia South legislator did in fact call Hon. Suhuyini a fool following the announcements of the Joe Ghartey committee's findings.

The scene at the end of last Friday's session of parliament was one many have referred as a mark on Ghana's parliamentary history. In the aftermath many wondered how tempers could have gotten to the extent that heated arguments between elected MPs almost turned violent.
That same day Hon. Sam George told the media that tempers had flared when Education Minister, without warrant, insulted Suhuyini by calling him a fool. Sam Nartey George, who in a recently released video can be seen sitting just behind Hon. Suhiyini, told the media that the Education Minister had caused the situation.
This was followed by a quick denial of this version of events by Education Minister Matthew Opoku Prempeh, calling the allegations "scurrilous and unfounded".
"I absolutely and unequivocally deny that I used that word on Hon Suhuyini during the proceeding or at any time in Parliament yesterday," he said, and added, "no such thing occurred, as viewers of the proceedings would note."
