For those of you hearing on radio and from friends that Kwesi Pratt Junior’s V8 vehicle has been seized by national security, you may have to thank YEN for the true story because the journalist has revealed that his car is safe.
There were wild rumors on social media and radio that Kwesi’s porsh vehicle has been confiscated by the national security with the help of Brong Ahafo regional youth organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwame Baffoe, aka ‘Abronye DC’ but these speculations are blatant lies.
In an interview with Peace FM, Kwesi Pratt Jnr. revealed that not only is his car safe but also no security personnel has visited his home.
“My Land cruiser has not been seized by anyone, I don’t know and has never set eyes on Abronye. Furthermore, the Land cruiser they are talking about is black in colour, but mine is not black. What is strange is that no one knows the person behind this allegation, and his/her motive for putting this in the public domain is not clear. What is the purpose…I want to know, is the person doing this to make the government unpopular? or the mischief is targeted at me, this is unnecessary as the story is false. Why is the person using someone’s name on Facebook to perpetuate this mischief,” he fumed.
The revelation by the ace journalist follows earlier seizures of “state vehicles” by the national security.
So far, the chief of staff has ordered all state vehicles to be returned with immediate effect – an order which followed concerns that the president was using his old BMW vehicle in the flagstaff house due to the mysterious disappearance of such state vehicles.
