NPP Member of Parliament for Manso Adubia, Yaw Frimpong Addo says Ghanaians who complain of hardship in the country are simply lazy.
According to the MP anyone who fails to work, will continue to suffer and bear the brunt of hardship.
He made these comments in response to some Ghanaians who called into a show on Rainbow Radio in Accra.
“You will continue to suffer if you fail to work. If you don’t change your mind, you will continue to suffer. Go out and find something to do. There is a paradigm shift; we are working with your budget and you are on the radio complaining that things are hard. If things are hard, then it comes from your budget. So he must change his mind and go out and search for a job. Maybe he was getting money free of charge and so he is currently suffering and so I will advise him to go out and search for a job,” Frimpong Addo responded to a caller.
The legislator also asked Ghanaians to give government more time as they are committed to delivering on their campaign promises.
“The qualified, competent and apt ministers appointed by Nana Addo will deliver the best government ever. Ghanaians should exercise patience and allow the new administration deliver. We are only three months old as a government…,” he added.
