Artins Rollins and his twin daughters moved to Minnesota, US in December of 2015, where Artis hoped to find a job that would allow him to provide for his children. Despite working two jobs, Artis was not able to provide a home for the young girls.
Living out of Artis's car at the time, he said that occasionally they were able to stay with family, but he did not like having to do that to his daughters.
Then, Artis went for an interview to determine whether their situation qualified them for a house. To his shock, when he entered the interview, he was immediately handed a set of keys!

The charity, called Constructing Futures House, started in 2008 as a project built around trying to give homeless families houses. The foundation takes houses that have been abandoned and revamps them into homes which are then given to homeless families.

Co-founder Brand Lambert says that the goals of the project are to improve neighbourhoods, provide housing that is affordable to people, and provide greater employment opportunity to the people they help.
