Woyome drags Ghana to ICC over controversial judgement debt

Embattled businessman, Alfred Woyome, seems troubled over recent developments between himself and the state over the controversial judgment debt saga.

Woyome drags Ghana to ICC over controversial judgement debt

Reports do indicate that the business has filed a complaint at the international criminal court seeking a legal judgment on the development.

“The Secretariat of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (“Secretariat”) acknowledges receipt of your Request for Arbitration (“Request”) dated 17 March 2017,” excepts of the letter read.

Woyome, in the erstwhile Mahama administration, committed to paying the judgment debt in installments – a development which has seen the attorney general, Gloria Akufo reveal moves to fully examine the entire case.
