Bibi Bright for instance, has been one staunch enemy of Nana Akua Addo and fans of the latter believe she wore this yellow and gold jumpsuit as a starter to "putting her in her place" after their disagreements on social media.
Zynnell Zuh also wore a very flamboyant royal blue dress that got a lot of people pointing and whispering to each other. Her vintage hairstyle was to match the puff shouldered dress that could have matched whatever Nana Akua Addo was planning to wear.
Classy queen of the screens, Nana Ama Mcbrown was also perhaps, aiming for the best dressed celebrity on the red carpet but unfortunately "over did it." Many fans have stated a common opinion that there was a lot going on with her African print jumpsuit.
TV presenter and wife of Praye Tietia, Selly Galley has also been adjudged best dressed a number of times at events she's shown up to. Maybe the pressure of maintaining the top spot and not losing it to Nana Akua Addo was the reason why she opted for this confusing gold dress for the VGMAs.
Last year, Berla Mundi got it right with her white gown for the red carpet hosting job she had gotten for the VGMAs. This year however, she was at the mercy of trolls who could not see beyond the colour and design of the outfit she wore. She was named names like "caterpillar," "madam 4 yards," "melting red candle" among others.
And after all these incredible efforts, Nana Akua Addo did not even show up to the fight. Perhaps she just wanted to avoid potential fights between her and some of these ladies she is currently at loggerheads with.
What did you think of these outfits though?
