It would seem the tension between former president John Dramani Mahama and the Minister of Gender, Children and Social Protection, Otiko Djaba, has finally died down.
At the 2017 Gonjaland Youth Congress, the two were seen exchanging pleasantries as they on the same platform as invited guests to the event, according to a Starr FM report.
It should be be recalled that Otiko Djaba, during the 2016 electioneering period had made some biting remarks about the former president and his time in government.
She was heavily criticized by members of the National Democratic Congress, and many demanded that she apologize.
However, Otiko stood her ground and refused to offer any apologies for her comments.
Nevertheless, it appears all hard feelings have faded as the two looked to have reached a truce at Saturday's event.
