- Maurice Ampaw says men are naturally promiscuous
- Says even he has cheated on his wife
- Says only the "Grace of God" can stop a man from cheating
Local Practitioner, Mr. Maurice Ampaw, has hinted that, at least according to him, men are natural cheats, and that even he has done same.
“Men are potentially cheats and, myself, I have cheated on my wife before, although I’m legally married. So…I’ve cheated and I’ve confessed to my wife,” said Mr. Ampaw, speaking on the Executive Breakfast Show (EBS) on Class91.3FM.
Mr. Ampaw related that he believed men are naturally promiscuous, adding that he thought men naturally have little respect for their dignity of their own bodies. According to Mr. Ampaw, a lot of men think cheating on their women is a "trendy" lifestyle.
He stated that for mn, the more women they "have", the more their prowess, adding that this is why young men would chase after women and boast about it.

“I have a friend who can never sleep with a woman twice. If he has an affair with you, he tells me that he cannot erect for the second time, so he is always hunting for fresh girls.
And we have men who have concubines all over the country…and we have men who naturally enjoy cheating because to them cheating is a way of showing that they are smart… So, naturally, there are so many reasons that men cheat but potentially men are cheats,”
Mr. Ampaw also expressed that he believed only the Grace of God could help a man stop cheating, which is why he believed African traditions "embraced" polygamy so easily.
