When Shatta Wale sang his hit viral “Everyone Like My Tin”, it seems he prophetically decreed into how his career would take off.
The Ghanaian musician and self-proclaimed dancehall king has yet another fan in SP Kofi Sarpong.
In an interview with the Accra-based CITI FM radio station, the gospel singer declared his admiration for Shatta Wale.
According to the law-enforcer and singer, Shatta Wale is a very good friend of his.
“Shatta Wale is one of the few secular artistes I like so much. My favourite of his songs is ‘Kakai,’” he told CITIFMONline.com
But this declaration doesn’t happen in a vacuum.
Earlier in the week, Shatta Wale has professed his profound admiration for the award-winning gospel musician.
And it seem the gospel act and dancehall king are making plans to release music together.
“We have met several times and anytime we have met, we discussed how we will come together to do a song together. So who knows? One day we may do a song together,” SP Sarpong added coyly.
