Mr. Anyidoho has also urged the president to order a probe into the allegations spewed by the NPP chairman against the Gender minister and the Upper East Regional minister, Rockson Bukari over the murder of the former Upper East Regional Minister, Adams Mahama.

He was speaking on Abusa FM's morning show, on the recent public feud between the Gender minister and the NPP chairman when he said, "Bugri Naabu is foolish and Akufo Addo must call him to order. He has to discipline the chairman because Bugri Naabu is becoming a nuisance to our political discourse.

This same Bugri Naabu made wild and criminal allegations against Mahama before the 2016 elections and everybody believed him and the NPP actually glorified him."

Mr Anyidoho also said that the NDC will not sit silently while the NPP kept mute over the accusations against senior members of the NPP.

He opined that if the NPP chairman was allowed to walk free with such comments over the excuse that they were a 'slip of tongue', then the NDC should be able to make similar scathing remarks and also blame it on the same reason.

The two NPP bigwigs engaged in verbal clashes, as each stated harsh remarks about the other. They also leveled scathing allegations at each other over corrupt activities and acts of malice.

Following a meeting by the NPP National Council, both members were made to render their apologies to the public and the president in writing, while signing a bond of good behavior henceforth.
