Ghanaian international football star, Michael Essien, was spotted in photos mowing the grass at the training field of his new club Persib Bandung.
The one-time Black Stars player joined the Indonesian top flight side Persib Bandung ahead of the 2017 season on a one-year deal.
He will will have the option of extending his contract for a further year at the end of the 2017/2018 season depending on his performances.
From what it looks, it seems like his contract with the football club includes some gardening work.

According to a report by Pulse.com.gh, the footballer grabbed the mowing machine from one of the “engineers” at the grounds, clasped it on his back and started using it to mow the grass.
His actions reportedly left every person at the field very surprised.
You surely have to love Essien for his humble nature.
