Nana Addo is also expected to visit Belgium where he will be holding high level talks with top politicians like the Norwegian prime minister, Charles Michel. This will see Nana Addo also deliver a speech themed “making gender and the youth the private sector’s business”.
From the US to Germany, Nana Addo is expected to join several African leaders in the G-20 Africa Partnership Summit where he will take the opportunity of meeting the German Chancellor, Angela Merkel.
But Nana Addo will not be going alone, he will be traveling along with the foreign affairs minister, Shirley Ayorkor Botchway together with other ministers of state.
Nana Addo’s foreign visit follows a recent one he just ended concerning member states of the ECOWAS region where he deepen bilateral talks with them and also assured them of Ghana’s resolve to ensure that West Africa remained a viable economic force.
But even as the president embarks on these trips abroad, he is still reminded of the grueling issues of mob justice in Ghana which lead to the unfortunate death of an army commander, Major Mawxell Mahama. Nana Addo has paid a courtesy call on the aggrieved family and also called for heads to roll.
