Popular Ghanaian songstress, Deborah Vanessa has advised Ghanaians to stay away from the topic of her love life. The “Uncle Obama” song maker said her relationship with Ghanaian musician Medikal was off-limits and was not an issue up for discussion.
In an interview with Joy TV, the musician talked about her relationship with Medikal, one of Ghana’s young and talented artistes in the music industry now.
The musician however said that Medikal had never complained about her age and rather made her feel younger. She said that even though she was the older one in their relationship, Medikal was the one who acted more maturely between them.
The musician, popularly known in the music industry as Sister Debbie said her boyfriend was a cool guy and made her feel like she was “eighteen years”.
She said age was just a number and they loved each other too dearly to allow that aspect separate them.
Sister Debbie also said that she was 8 years older than her boyfriend and debunked claims in media circles that she was 10 years older than her rapper boyfriend.
It came to light recently that the “Too Risky” hit maker, Medikal was in a relationship with sister of Wanlov the kubolor and singer, Deborah Vanessa.
When news about their relationship broke, the major issue for discussion among entertainment pundits and Ghanaians in general was the age difference between the two musicians.
