Entrepreneur Sledge Nana Yaw Duodo has currently been humbled by the laws of the land, and is under arrest for threatening an individual with a gun.
The weapon is currently in the custody of the police.
According to the Tema Metropolitan Assembly (TMA), Duodo pulled the gun in a bid to prevent the construction of a drain on a piece of land in the Tema municipality.

The project was under the authority of the Assembly, and as such he will be prosecuted for threatening the life of the excavator operator.
The TMA added that the project was ongoing at Community 18, but was to benefit Communities 18, 19 and 20, which the National Disaster Management (NADMO) considers as flood prone areas.
It has been alleged that residents in over twenty houses in the Community 18 area had no choice but to leave their home, after last week’s rainstorm caused extensive flooding in the area.
The Metropolitan Chief Executive (MCE), Felix Mensah La revealed that Duodo restricted the flow of the waterways, and his actions resulted in serious flooding whenever the rains fell.
