- Mr. Alfred Agbesi Woyomo will be orally examined come June 29th, 2017
- Charges have been placed on his property in order to pay for his GHC51 million judgment debt
Well known businessman, Mr. Afred Agbesi Woyome, is set to have yet another day in court in order to be orally examined by the Attorney General (AG) concerning his much publicized GHC52 milllion judgment debt.
According to documents sighted by Citi News, Mr. Woyome will be questioned concerning whether he indeed owes any debts, whether he owns property that may cover his debts, and additionally what he did with the GHC51 million judgement debt given to him by government among other things.
he [Woyome] therefore scheduled to appear before the court come June 29th, 2017, for the "showdown" oral examination. Furthermore, other documents also sighted by Citi News state that charges have been placed on several of Mr. Woyome's properties, including several of his companies.

Companies effected by the charge include Anator Holding Company Limited, AAW Management Consulting Services, Anator Construction Company Limited, Green Township Security Services Company Limited, Woyome Brothers International Limited, Stewise Anator Company limited and Stewise Shipping Company Limited.
It would be recalled that a former Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Mr. Martin Amidu, AKA the Citizen Vigilante, filed an application to examine the embattled businessman at the Supreme Court following a decision by Mrs. Marietta Brew Appiah-Opong, the immediate past AG, to scrap a planned examination.
Though Mr. Amidu's request was granted, he never got to do his examination and finally decided to let the matter go following this January's change of government.
