Most people who's ever driven a medium sized vehicle have had that moment when they're on the road, maybe driving a little too close behind an eighteen-wheeler truck (or something equally big and intimidating) and thought, "maybe should put a little more pace here.
Now imagine that anxiety, multiplied by ten probably, and that's when you'll have a sense of how YEN reader, Theophilius Minnah, felt as he rode in a behind a tipper truck hauling huge boulders WITHOUT A TAILGATE.
According YEN reader, Theophilus Minah, he spotted the dangerous truck on the stretch of road between Fete and Kasoa, with a load so heavy that it allegedly "pushed the truck" every time it stopped.
Theophilus went on to add that although the truck eventually came across policemen and military personnel, it was summarily allowed to pass through the check point.
"The shocking aspect of it is that, [both] the military and the police personnel are right on the scene..." wrote the concerned motorist.

Based off of the pictures Theophilius provided, had a single boulder been dislodged from where it sat on the truck, a lot of damage would have been done.
Be that as it may, we're pretty sure that a heavy duty truck hauling tons of rocks without a tailgate to stop everything from just falling out definitely couldn't be a legal thing... regardless of the fact that it was let through two security check points
