Not long after upon Pastor Moyo's arrest, the goat was returned to Tawanda.
Pastor Moyo had stated that he needed the goat for the instrument to make his church members happy. The pastor had pleaded guilty to stealing the goat and was later convicted to 12 months imprisonment. The sentence went down to 10 months but was later terminated and the pastor was demanded to do community service instead.
The community is shocked by the actions of the pastor and they are slowly losing their trust in him.
