Speaking in a media interview recently, KKD disclosed that he had a knee surgery which was poorly performed by a doctor but decided not to take legal action against the surgeon for the damage done him.

But to his outermost surprise, some people in the showbiz industry rather find his use of a walking stick fashionable and a form of ‘swag’.

“I was treated for depression when the rape story was labelled against me and had a swollen knee which I had a surgery done. For those who see me with a walking stick thinking it’s a swag, you’re rather imitating my sickness,” KKD said.

Kwesi Darkwa, said that, his knee got swollen after he had an accident which resulted in tearing his miniel menistery but it was a bad decision to go for surgery.

The Ghanaian celebrity was arrested and detained in 2014 by the Airport Police for alleged rape offence

But he state was forced to drop charges against him in April 2015 after the victim served her intention she was no longer interested in pursuing the case.
