The youngest member of Ghana’s parliament, Francisca Oteng Mensah is now a graduate.
She obtained a second class upper degree in LLB from the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
The Kwabre East member of parliament (MP), was part of the forty eight percent of females who completed, out of a total of 2,200 students.
The twenty four year old shoved aside big shots in Ghana’s politics to secure the seat for herself during the 2016 elections.
She indicated that her desire to succeed outweighed the stress that came with the schooling and working at the same time.
Her aim, she said, was to primarily engage in pro bono activities, in order to provide a form of relief to those who need it.
She added that she was keen to write the entrance exams, in order to enroll at the Ghana School of Law.
