YEN.com.gh has learnt that Kingsley Osei Bonsu, the Belgium-based Ghanaian man who claimed his Ghanaian lover defrauded him, has settled issues with the woman in question.
Their dispute is said to have been resolved by the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service in Accra.
YEN.com.gh understands that the woman, Nana Ama Asare, has returned the cars Osei Bonsu accused him of stealing.
She has also returned Osei Bonsu's luggage, which she allegedly disappeared with when she picked him up at the airport on May 21.
Osei Bonsu claimed on Facebook that Nana Ama defrauded him and fled with his luggage and three cars.
But information from the CID headquarters has it that there were only two cars - Hyundai Atoz and Chevrolet Matiz - involved and that Osei Bonsu had asked Nana Ama to use her money to clear the cars from the port, which she did.
Osei Bonsu is said to have demanded the cars back because Nana Ama left him stranded at the airport when he arrived in Ghana.
Nana Ama, according to available information, also refused to hand the cars back without first receiving the money she spent on clearing them from the port.
They two reportedly settled their differences in the presence of CID officials and agreed to delete disparaging posts about each other from Facebook.
Osei Bonsu has since deleted the Facebook posts that called Nana Ama a "big time" fraud.
