- Gyan replies Countryman Songo in equal measure
- Black Stars captain describes journalist as "illiterate"
Skipper of the Black Stars, Asamoah Gyan has hit hard Adom TV journalist, Patrick Osei Agyemang (Countryman Songo), saying he is not worthy of being his ‘house boy’.
Ghana’s record goal scorer, Gyan, has expressed his gross discomfort for the constant castigating remarks hurled at him by the popular journalist.
The infamous ‘Countryman Songo’ known for his all-out criticisms in matters concerning Ghana sports has in the past honoured every chance at trolling the Ghana captain.

Recent in his barrage of efforts to taint the image of Gyan, is his extreme lash out at the player for the penalty kick he missed in the international friendly against the USA last week.
During his ‘Fire for Fire’ TV show, Songo bashed the striker for taking the penalty kick after vowing to never take a spot kick for the nation.
But Gyan in a reply also sent scathing rebuttal to the journalist tagging him as ‘illiterate’ and that he wouldn’t even employ him as house worker.
“He is not fit to clean my room and shoes," Gyan told Accra-based Hot FM.
"I have done nothing against him and he keeps talking rubbish about me all the time,"he lamented.
"Tell him that I have signed for a club in Turkey and getting ready to open my bank account. So he should sit there and continue with his comedy," the Baby Jet said sarcastically.
