Hassan Ayariga responds to University of Ghana Political Science lecturer

- Mr. Hassan Ayariga has dismissed comments Prof. Ransford Yaw Gyampo concerning the position of Ambassador-at-large

- He said Prof Gyampo should "read more" about the Ambassador-at-large position

- He also said that being a professor doesn't make people smarter than others

Mr. Hassan Ayariga, founder of the All People's Congress (APC), has responded to Professor Ransford Yaw Gyampo over his suggestion that the position of Ambassador-at-large is insignificant.

Responding to Professor Ransford Yaw Gyampo, who's a senior Political Science lecturer for the University of Ghana (UoG), Mr. Hassan Ayariga has said that the UoG lecturer's knowledge as a university professor isn't being tempered with "common sense".

Mr. Hassan Ayariga, who was also the APC's 2016 presidential candidate, expressed that Prof. Gyampo is "ignorant" of what duties and responsibilities an ambassador-at-large shoulders.

"...is ignorant about the duties of an Ambassador-at-Large... being a professor does not make you more intelligent than others,” said Mr. Ayariga.
