A prophetess has revealed that God has tasked the member of parliament (MP) for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong, to preach His word, and quit politics.

Prophetess Rebecca Aboagye, who is the founder and leader of the Elected Prayer Ministry, claims that she has received a message from God, that the politician should put an end to his political career and become a preacher of the Gospel.

To her, God is not pleased with the politician, because he has constantly ignored the call to become a minister of the word of God.

Kennedy Agyapong, a staunch politician, has been an activist for the eradication of corruption in Ghana.

He has on several occasions, pushed for investigations into serious issues of corruption, in both the private and the public sector.

In a recent revelation, he indicated that the Managing Director of Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation (BOST), Alfred Obeng Boateng, was appointed into that office, because he supported the 2016 Akuffo Addo campaign with an amount of GHc700,000.

He has on several occasions indicated his readiness to sacrifice his life for Ghana through politics, because there are more corrupt public officials who have to be exposed.

The prophetess is of the view that the MP may be assassinated if he refuses the call of God. He is to therefore put aside his political career, and heed to the voice of God.
