- Ursula Owusu-Ekuful seems to be attracting many admirers within the NDC lately
- Former deputy minister of information, Felix Kwakye says Madam Ursula has shown lots of maturity
Former deputy-minister for Communications under the John Mahama administration, Felix Kwakye Ofosu has described current Minister of Communications, Ursula Owusu-Ekukful as the finest minister in the current administration.
According to Mr Kwakye Ofosu, she has exhibited a high level of maturity since being appointed as Communications Minister by President Akufo-Addo in January this year.
Mrs Owusu-Ekuful – who also serves as the Member of Parliament for Ablekuma West Constituency – was one of the most vociferous members of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the lead up to the 2016 elections, and played a key role during the campaign period.
And she has now been praised by the NDC’s Felix Kwakye Ofosu, who believes the Communications Minister qualifies as one of the best in the current government.
“She is working diligently with no malice to disregard the work of the previous government in her office,” the former deputy communications minister said on Neat FM.
“On many occasions, she has acknowledged the good works of the previous government. Her office is one of the most consistent offices in government in terms of performance.”
He went on to commend the Ablekuma West MP for the way she has composed herself in the last six months, insisting she has been worthy of her ministerial appointment.
