GAF screening for 2017/18 recruits

- The supervision of the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) is managed by the Minister of Defence and the Chief of Defence Staff

The Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) has announced to the attention of the public that screening shall be conducted for all qualified recruits.

According to a statement signed by Col. Eric Aggrey-Quashie, Director of Public Relations of he GAF, the shortlisted applicants should visit all ten (10) regional centres from Monday, July 24 to 28, 2017 for their screening.

The statement said applicants’ screening centres are indicated on the Application Summary Report.

The statement further added that all qualified applicants are to report to their respective selected screening centres with their Application Summary Report and Original Copies of Birth and Educational Certificates to continue with the 2017/2018 Other Ranks Recruitment Exercise.

It added that the qualified persons should report at their centres at 7:30 am.

The statement said applicants’ screening centres are indicated on the Application Summary Report.

All qualified applicants who are yet to receive SMS messages inviting them for the screening are urged to take note of the date and report to their respective selected screening centres for mentioned exercise,” it added.

The Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) is the unified armed force of Ghana, consisting of the Army (GA), Navy (GN), and Ghana Air Force. The GAF are supervised by the Ghanaian Ministry of Defence.
