- One lady was injured in the attack
- It is usually the police who provide security at such gatherings
A registration exercise, conducted by the National Service Scheme (NSS) for potential national service personnel turned sour, as military personnel were spotted attacking helpless people who were present at the venue.
A victim was spotted, with blood oozing from a gash on her forehead.
One then begins to wonder the rationale behind the presence of the soldiers at the venue. Under normal circumstances, the Ghana Police Service (GPS) is required to provide security services at such public gatherings.
