One of the fourteen suspects in the case of the late Major Mahama’s murder at Denkyira – Obuasi in the Central region, Kojo Fordjour, has disclosed that he is ready to spill it all.
He is reported to have stated that God is his lawyer, hence, he intends to come clean on his role in the incident that resulted in the death of the soldier.
The fourteen suspects have been charged with conspiracy to commit murder and murder. Kojo is reported to have escaped from the town after the incident.
Investigations into the incident led to the discovery of the late soldier’s cell phone in Kojo’s room, and this consequently led to his arrest.

So far, twenty people have been arrested and detained with regard to the unfortunate incident that occurred on May 29, 2017. A number of other persons are being pursued by the police.
The late major was commanding a military unit to check illegal mining activities in the Central region. He was allegedly killed when mistaken for an armed robber.
