Razak Amissah, the manager of Kumawood actor, Kwadwo Nkansah popularly known as Lilwin, has expressed his utter disappointment at a news publication that reported the death of the actor.
Earlier reports, now disproved, stated that the Kumawood star had passed away in a motor accident.
The manager of the actor has served a notice of intent to arrest the reporter for dissemination of false news.
The ‘false’ report stated that Lilwin was on his way to Accra for business when a van run into his vehicle few miles away from a popular rest point, Linda Dor.
The manager of the Kumawood actor told Ghanaweb.com that the story was fake stating that Lilwin has been out of the country for a month and was so was surprised at the news.
Razak confirmed that the matter had been reported to the police.
“This is disturbing. Why should you publish such a story? Lilwin is not even in Ghana; yet you claim he had an accident at Linda Dor and has passed on. We will have the fellow arrested,” he said.
