The public has been warned against fraudulent person(s) who are promising to offer jobs for unsuspecting people at the West Hills Mall.
YEN is reliably informed that the Mall is not hiring and thus the public should disregard such false announcements.
In an interview with the management of West Hills Mall, they dismissed the announcement outright and advised job seekers to be vigilant and report the scammers to the police.
The said announcement making rounds on social media state that there are job opportunities in several categories, including waitresses, IT Engineers, Accountants, Receptionists, Drivers, Security, etc.
The false announcement also promised huge and handsome salaries ranging from Ghc150 to Ghc600 and directs interested persons to call or make enquiries from “the Resource Manager” whose number was given as 0556 186 250.
But Mr Michael Oduro Konadu, marketing manager of the Mall has asked the public to totally disregard the announcement since its a complete hoax.
He also added that the mall’s management is not responsible for the recruitment of its tenants and also do not take monies from job seekers before offering jobs.
Meanwhile, the company says the Weija District Police is on the alert and is working round the clock to track down the fraudsters.
