According to Ayamga Yakubu Akologo, the setting up of a special committee to look into the petition makes no sense and that it is rather the preserve of the Supreme Court to do so.

“Lastly, a full bench of the Supreme court is better placed to sit on the petition and not the five-member committee expected by the Chief Justice if a prima facie case is established,” parts of his suit revealed.

Meanwhile, reports that YEN is gathering suggests that the EC boss, Charlotte Osei has been called to order by a special committee in parliament and also the cabinet in the presidency.

Should this suit gain grounds, Ayamga will then become the only successful Ghanaian to have proffered his thoughts on the suit to kick out the EC boss.
