- This challenge will see chefs from around West Africa display their skills on August 26

This event, which takes place on the 26th of August forms part of the ministry's plans to create a special awareness for made-in-Ghana cousines mainly through the use of one of the favourite dishes of Ghanaians - Jollof rice.
