Shatta Wale hints sabotage in Shatta Michy eviction

Dance hall artiste Charles Nii Armah Mensah popularly known as Shatta Wale has revealed that he believes the strides made by Shatta Michy to find her feet in the world of business are being sabotage by a rich woman.

Speaking in an interview with Accra-based Adom FM, the musician indicated that they were informed that Shatta Michy’s pub was located at an area that was earmarked for demolition. The said area in East Legon is believed to be called the Green Belt zone.

The “Ayoo” hit maker indicated that information reaching him for the Accra Metropolitan Assembly offices indicate that a powerful woman was trying to frustrate the illustrious efforts of Shatta Michy.

He added that the woman was believed to own a big patch of land just behind Shatta Michy’s Pub and Grill but still wanted to be in possession of the parcel of land on which Shatta Michy was doing her business.

The “Taking Over” singer then revealed that even though there were other business and settlers in the area, Shatta Michy Pub was the only victim of the eviction exercise carried out by the AMA casting insinuations that his allegations were not far from the truth.

Commenting on the issue, Shatta Wale indicated that some people were rich but were not happy and would do anything to frustrate others. He added that he had adviced Shatta Michy to take it easy but her persistence to start up her own business has caused the set beck she is currently facing.

He indicated that the faceless rich woman was sending the wrong message to young girls who wanted to start up their own businesses.
