Media reports do indicate that the very monies got from the 10 percent pay cuts by former President Mahama has the records of its whereabouts unidentified.

According to a recent auditor general's report, the amount which totals 800,000 cedis, was meant for the construction of Community Health Improvement Services (CHIPS), is documented to have been released to the presidency by the former chief of staff, Julius Debrah.

Taking his turn at the Public Accounts Committee (PAC), deputy controller and accountant general, Kwasi Owusu makes the case that these funds were subsequently taken back Julius Debrah.

So far, the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) is yet to respond to these claims as possible investigations into the matter is bound to take place.
