A renowned radio personality Mikki Osei Berko, better known as Master Richard has disclosed that he went off the entertainment industry to pursue some courses including coaching.
According to him, he is now level two football coach and he is targeting Ghana’s senior national team, the Black Stars’ top job.
Speaking on an Accra-based Joy FM, Master Richard submitted that, he currently owns a football academy in Kasoa near Accra, and he is still working hard of becoming a professional coach.
“I studied film…my first degree was with the New York Film Academy, I did television production, and I went out there and I got the opportunity to continue, I did directing. I also did football coaching and took care of my family,” he revealed.
Master Richard indicated that, he is midway his coaching course, and he's sure of acquiring a pro license in the next three years.
“For now, I’m focusing on my production bit because that is what I came out to do. I have given myself probably the next two or three years to acquire the pro license and then start looking out to coach the Black Stars,” he added.
