Young prodigy and Disk Jockey who goes by the name DJ Switch has indicated that even though her love for the turntable is faultless, she has higher aspirations of becoming a gynecologist.
Speaking in an interview with Smiletimes Africa, the young talented DJ indicated that she shot to fame with her experience on the turntables as a DJ but deep within her, she wanted to help sick people and she had passion to help women that is why she aspires to become a gynecologist.
Born Erica Tandoh, DJ Switch won the hearts of many Ghanaians with her skills as a disc jockey. She took part in TV 3’s Talent Kids Reality TV show and worked her way to the final to emerge the winner of the children’s talent show program.
At 9 years old, she is one of Ghana’s youngest Disc Jockeys yet. She has graced many high-profile events including the much talked-about Ghana Meets Naija. She also made a star-appearance at the Ghana DJ Awards. She has already been tipped by many industry players to excel as a disc jockey.
Even though she is now enrolled in a Talent School in Weija, her love for gynecology is still strong and she is very optimistic of her chances of becoming a gynecologist soon.
