According to Solomon Nkansah, a communications of the party, the musician may have felt alone, because the party prioritized political power over his welfare.
Ackah, who is the brain behind NDC’s official anthem, had earlier accused the party of abandonment in the times he felt ill and distressed.
He recently received a cash donation of $10,000 from the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Zylofon Media, Nana Appiah Mensah, when news of his unfortunate situation became public.
Nkansah asserted that the musician had received help from the party in times past.
The reason he may have felt alone, he added, was because the party currently had a lot on its hands.
He believes the singer was forced to make such statements because of the delicate situation he finds himself in.
