Fire for fire might be a more apt phrase to describe the actions of Nicholas Omane Acheampong and Clement Bonney, known better in showbiz circles as Mr. Beautiful.
YEN.com.gh earlier reported that Mr. Beautiful has laid curses on gospel musician, Nicholas Omane Acheampong, but according to the musician, those curse are just baseless invectives.
Omane Acheampong was speaking with the Accra-based radio station, Happy FM when he spoke to show host, DJ Advicer on the said curses.
In his tirade against the Kumawood actors, Omane Acheampong stated that Mr. Beautiful was "senseless" and should not be given and mind as this curses are without substance and hold no power against him, Nicholas.
Nicholas Omane then continued to explain the genesis of the rift between him and Mr. Beautiful.
Earlier, Mr. Beautiful had stated that he was angry at the "Tabitha Kum" singer for allegedly speaking ill of Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi.
Reports had earlier suggested that Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi of the Glorious Wave Church International had given out some cars to certain prominent people in Ghana, including some musicians and even other "Men of God".
One of such recipients of the cars was Nicholas Omane Acheampong, but according to Mr.Beautiful, the gospel act was not being truthful about the circumstances surrounding the vehicle gift.
Omane Acheampong revealed in his radio interview that he had since quit the Glorious Wave Church International to move to the self-styled prophet of the nation, Prophet Owusu Bempah’s ministry due to Mr. Beautiful's ill behaviour.
The grateful musician, however, added that he was indeed grateful for all that Prophet Badu Kobi had provided over the years of his stay at Glorious Wave Church International.
