Stonebwoy is a child when it comes to dancehall - Shatta Wale

Controversial and self acclaimed dancehall king, Shatta Wale has described fellow artiste, Stonebwoy as an amateur in the genre.
“Well when you say Stonebwoy you are going to the children’s side, talk about the adults – it’s Shatta Wale and Samini,” he said in response to a question on Starr Chat Wednesday.

Shatta Wale however, admitted that Stonebwoy is doing great but is yet to get to the standard of Samini and himself [Shatta Wale].
“It’s Shatta Wale and Samini. We are businessmen and we know what we are doing. Stonebwoy is doing well though but when you talk about student –lecturer, Samini and I are lecturers and he is a student,” Shatta Wale boasted.
Shatta Wale also on the program acknowledged Samini for paving way for the likes of him.
“I want to tell him that he has paved the way for some of us and we really respect him for that. We thank him for his understanding and the love he has for the industry. People feel may be I have stepped on his toe and all that but he is a brother and he knows what he is about, big ups Samini, Long live Samini”.
