He is a Grade 1 pupil but his abilities are at Grade 5 level. He goes to school at St. Anthony’s Primary School in Heathfield, Cape Town.
He is so good that his Principal Colleen Rustin recently asked him to read to an assembly of Grades 4 to 7 pupils.
Colleen said: “And they said, ‘wow!!’ and applauded him spontaneously. He is an eloquent and confident speaker and commands the attention of people when he speaks.”
Keith’s teacher Nina Benjamin also praised his passion and love for reading, adding that he is always the first among his classmates to pick up a book to read.
