The Ghana Police Service in Kotobabi are looking for the 2016 presidential flagbearer of the People's National Convention (PNC), Dr. Edward Nasigri Mahama, in connection to a reported incident of unlawful damage reported to authorities.
Recent reports have it that the Kotobabi police are reportedly looking for Edward Nasigri Mahama, Ambassador at large and PNC flagbearer for the 2016 general elections, in relation to an incident reported by the seasoned politician.
According to kasapafmonline.com, Dr. Edward Nasigri Mahama has intentionally eluded the Ghana Police Service for weeks and also failed to turn himself in to authorities who have sought the PNC leaders aid in investigating the unlawful damage incident.

Reports have it that the Dr. Mahama, accompanied by party executives, marched to the party's General Secretary's office, Mr. Atik Mohammed, forcibly opened the office, changed the office door locks and locked up the office.
According to the PNC - who seem to have sanctioned the act - Dr. Edward Mahama's course of action was necessary because, though suspended from the party, Mr. Atik Mohammed was somehow resisting his suspension from the party.
According to kasapafmonline.com's sourcing, the police are likely to request a warrant for the politician's arrest should he fail to present himself to authorities.
