Member of Parliament for Assin Central Constituency, Kennedy Agyepong has stated that he will discontinue criticizing the New Patriotic Party after having face backlash over the past few months.
Agyapong, has been critical of NPP in the first 8 months of the Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo-led government.
Often, other members of the NPP would chastise the controversial MP, saying that his utterances against the party were tantamount to "washing one's dirty linens in public".
These party executives, who have fired back at Kennedy Agyapong revealed that he was putting the "elephant family" to ridicule with his comments.
It would seem these comments have gotten to the Assin Central legislator wh has, according to a report by MyNewsGH.com, resolved to not comment on the NPP's actions.
"They have criticized my style of speaking about development in the party." he was couted as saying on local TV station, Adom TV.
"What is going on is that they say I am have a big mouth so should shut up but what I say is helpful. So I will be one of the finest gentlemen henceforth and enjoy life", he said with resolve.
The MP is well-known for his explosive comments on scandals and issues that involve high ranking members of both the NPP and the largest opposition party, the National Democratic Congress.
