Nana Addo won't use state funds to chase women - NPP communicator

- Ashanti Regional Communications Director says President Nana Addo only wants to leave a good legacy

- He says the President doesn't intend to waste state funds on chasing women

Ashanti Regional Director of Communications of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr. Kwasi Kyei, has stated that President Nana Akufo Addo doesn't intend to squander precious state funds on frivolous escapades.

Speaking to Chief Jerry Forson in an interview with Accra 100.5FM's Ghana Yensom, Mr. Kwasi Kyei stated that President Akufo Addo doesn't intend to enrich himself at the detriment of the Ghanaian people since he [the President] had seen it all prior to becoming president.

According to the Ashanti Regional NPP communicator, being a principled man and "full of action", President Akufo Addo wouldn't make a promise who can't deliver. He stated that the President has stated on many occasions that he won't let Ghanaians down and - according to Mr. Kyei - he, indeed, will not.

This is not the time Nana Addo is going to buy cars for himself or build houses or travel to Dubai for holidays, he has seen it all for several years before becoming the president."

"He is not going to womanize and use state resources and money to cater for those women." He said.

Mr. Kwasi Kyei stated that the President only wants to leave a worthy legacy, like being the president who initiated the One-District, One-Factory initiative, or the Free Senior High School program.
