The Hajj board has confirmed the death of three Ghanaian pilgrims in Saudi Arabia who partook of this year’s Hajj.

Reports do indicate that the deceased - made up of a male and two females - respectively died of natural causes and in their sleep.
Deputy communications director with the board, Hajia Cissey has revealed that all families of the said deceased persons have been informed of the death of their loved ones as their remains are expected to be buried as soon as possible.
This year’s hajj has been described by government as one of the best organised pilgrimages despite little hiccups regarding the accommodation of the over 6000 pilgrims.
Hajj is an annual pilgrimage embarked by Muslims across the world as part of requirements under the pillars of Islam.
