Hurricane Harvey has displaced thousands of people in Texas since it made its landfall last week.
Hundreds of volunteers have helped rescue and evacuate people stranded by the massive floods in their homes and other areas.
Among the was an unnamed man who was pictured rescuing a grandmother from her flooded home in Houston.
The heartwarming photo showed the two of them on his jet ski and ready to leave the house.
An imgur user shared the picture with the caption: "My friends grandmother being jet ski'd out of her living room in Houston." It has been viewed more than 700 times.
The hurricane has forced up to 17,000 people into shelters. 13,000 have been rescued so far. Some reports indicate that up to 35 people have unfortunately lost their lives.
Weather forecasts indicate that the torrential rains that have descended on Houston are set to subside as the hurricane gets weaker.
